Healthcare Consultant

Dr. Rodney Johnson understands that rural healthcare isn't just about medicine—it's about community. As a healthcare executive with deep roots in serving communities where access to quality care matters most, Dr. Johnson has dedicated his career to strengthening the hospitals and clinics that rural families depend on every day.

Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of high-volume medical clinics, Dr. Johnson knows firsthand the unique challenges rural providers face: limited resources, staffing shortages, and the constant pressure to do more with less. His approach is different. He doesn't bring cookie-cutter solutions from big city hospitals. Instead, he works alongside rural teams to build practical systems that actually work in small-town settings—systems that keep doors open, providers supported, and patients cared for with dignity.

With a Doctor of Health Administration (DHA), Dr. Johnson combines academic rigor with real-world experience. But what truly sets him apart is his commitment to the people behind the statistics. He believes every community deserves healthcare leadership that understands their values, respects their providers, and fights for their patients.

As founder of The Practice Society, Dr. Johnson extends that same commitment to independent providers who want to serve their communities but need guidance navigating the complexities of running a practice. He offers turnkey solutions that empower rural physicians and clinicians to build sustainable practices without losing sight of why they became healthcare providers in the first place—to care for their neighbors.

Whether transforming struggling hospitals and clinics into thriving centers of care or helping new providers plant roots in underserved areas, Dr. Johnson brings both expertise and heart to rural healthcare. He's not just passing through—he's invested in the long-term health and vitality of the communities he serves.
