No Provider-Patient Relationship: The Practice Society does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation in our programs does not create a physician–patient or provider–client relationship.

Refund Policy - the basics

At The Practice Society, we are committed to delivering valuable resources, support, and services to independent medical practices. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a membership, service, or program.

Memberships & Subscriptions

  • All membership fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable once billed.

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges; however, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

  • If you cancel before your next billing date, you will continue to have access to membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

Programs, Courses, & Consulting Services

  • Payments for consulting packages, courses, or strategic programs are non-refundable once access or services have been provided.

  • In certain cases, if services have not yet been delivered, you may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • After services or materials have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Events & Workshops

  • Registrations for live events, workshops, or training sessions are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future event (subject to availability) or to another participant by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the event.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand unforeseen situations may occur. Refund requests outside of the policies listed above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
