Refund Policy - the basics
At The Practice Society, we are committed to delivering valuable resources, support, and services to independent medical practices. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a membership, service, or program.
Memberships & Subscriptions

All membership fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable once billed.

Memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges; however, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

If you cancel before your next billing date, you will continue to have access to membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
Programs, Courses, & Consulting Services

Payments for consulting packages, courses, or strategic programs are non-refundable once access or services have been provided.

In certain cases, if services have not yet been delivered, you may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

After services or materials have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Events & Workshops

Registrations for live events, workshops, or training sessions are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future event (subject to availability) or to another participant by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the event.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand unforeseen situations may occur. Refund requests outside of the policies listed above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
